It would have been useful to have a desk or writing table in the room for remote work purposes.

The room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels every two days, making our romantic escape more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect for a city trip, being in the middle of the old town. All the sights were easy to access, and we could go on bike rides to explore the city more. the hotel offered a good connection from the airport using the metro, which was quite convenient. the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.

We received several emails reminding us to do online check-in, but it didn't serve any purpose since we still had to do a physical check-in at the reception in the other building. Another aspect was that other guests were being noisy one night in the common area, which disturbed us a bit, but it was resolved after we informed them that we were sleeping.

The two-level room at Sh Suite Palace was absolutely amazing. It felt incredibly luxurious and had a double bathroom, which was a fantastic feature. The location in the city center was ideal, close to all the must-see attractions, yet surprisingly quiet with good light blocking. The daily cleaning was thorough, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.

While there weren't any major dislikes, having a desk or small writing table in the room would have been a nice addition. Additionally, more shelves in the closet would have been helpful for better organization.

The Health & Beauty Center had fantastic facilities, like the infinity Jacuzzi pool and Scottish showers. The restaurant and Gold Gastrobar offered delicious food and drinks. The hotel itself was stunning.

Oh, nothing! Everything was just perfect, couldn't ask for more.
